    Purpose and Impact Our industry‑leading program advances the use of tactical and strategic Identity Intelligence tradecraft to inform decision‑makers, from ground force commanders to international partners and national security policymakers. Employees lead the Intelligence community in providing superior Identity Intelligence analysis and developing innovative data‑driven solutions supporting customers through analysis and tradecraft proliferation.Work Schedule 5 days, 8 hours per day with rotational OCONUS deployments.Responsibilities Produce all‑source Identity Intelligence (I2) analysis and intelligence products for global missions and customers.Apply I2 tradecraft to analyze unique identifying characteristics and modalities such as fingerprints, DNA, iris scans, voiceprints, facial recognition features, and behavior.Fuse identity attributes (biographical, biological, behavioral, contextual, and reputational) to identify and assess threats posed by individuals and networks, including their capabilities, objectives, intent, and potential courses of action.Maintain safety, quality, and procedural compliance in accordance with company policies and customer contracts.Other Responsibilities Contribute to a safe work environment by completing all training requirements, participating in emergency response tasks, and serving on safety committees and teams.Conform to the Amentum Quality Policy and carry out job activities in compliance with applicable quality system documents and customer contracts.Read and implement general and specific operational, safety, quality, and environmental requirements pertaining to the job.Minimum Requirements 10 years of relevant experience, 6 years with a Bachelor's degree; high school education required.Experience conducting research within applicable databases; ability to compile, analyze, and synthesize data to provide assessments.Experience applying structured analytic techniques, strong research and writing skills, and basic computer applications, search engines, and data processing systems.Deep understanding of Identity Intelligence tradecraft and experience producing intelligence analysis with moderate oversight.Proficiency with I2 analytical tools and databases, including BI2R/I2AR, SOFEX, Palantir, AIDP/Maven, Query Tree, Chrome, Analyst Notebook, Open‑Source research, Biometric Automated Toolset, TIDE, Pulse, and QLIX.Ability to participate in analytical debate and be receptive to constructive criticism.Ability to brief mission and production topics to internal and external government clients, military personnel, and contract audiences.Ability to operate independently and as part of a team.Travel up to 35% of the time; meet pre‑deployment requirements and deploy to OCONUS locations for a minimum of six months.TS/SCI clearance with current Poly or ability to obtain a Poly.Compensation $80,000 – $84,000 (estimated).Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance; paid time off and holidays; 401(k) matching; educational reimbursement; parental leave; employee stock purchase plan; tax‑saving options; disability and life insurance; pet insurance.EEO Statement Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or protected veteran status.
