    DispatcherGraystar Logistics LLCPosition OverviewGraystar Logistics LLC is seeking a dependable and highly organized Dispatcher to oversee daily transportation operations and support our fleet. The Dispatcher will coordinate driver schedules, monitor shipments, communicate with customers and brokers/shippers, and ensure timely, efficient deliveries while maintaining exceptional service standards.Working Hours: 3:00PM - 11:30PMKey ResponsibilitiesDispatch and schedule drivers for daily freight operationsMonitor shipments and provide real-time updates to customers and managementCoordinate pickup and delivery appointments with customers, shippers, and brokersCommunicate with drivers regarding routes, schedules, and load informationResolve transportation issues, delays, and service disruptions promptlyTrack fleet utilization and driver availabilityMaintain accurate records and updates in dispatch and transportation systemsSupport compliance with transportation regulations and company policiesAssist in optimizing routes and maximizing operational efficiencyQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious dispatching, transportation, logistics, or customer service experience preferredStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency with Microsoft Office and transportation softwareAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsPreferred SkillsExperience in trucking, freight brokerage, or logistics operationsFamiliarity with load boards such as DAT and TruckstopKnowledge of Hours of Service (HOS) regulationsExperience using Transportation Management Systems (TMS)Strong customer service and relationship-building skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneouslyCompensationCompetitive salary: $45,000$50,000 annually, based on experiencePerformance-based bonus opportunitiesOpportunities for career advancementAbout Graystar Logistics LLCGraystar Logistics LLC is a transportation and logistics company committed to providing safe, reliable, and efficient freight solutions.
