DescriptionYou will be the Military Operations Analyst for the Aeronautics Military Operations Analysis team which is responsible for delivering cutting‑edge modeling, simulation, and analysis capabilities to support mission success.ResponsibilitiesTranslate algorithms and physical phenomena into complex modeling and simulation tools.Develop, integrate, and debug sophisticated physical and behavioral model‑simulation software.Improve tooling, infrastructure, and processes to boost analyst efficiency across mission, campaign, and human‑in‑the‑loop scenarios.Enhance analyst tools to enable fast exploration and distillation of large data sets into meaningful insights.Quantify performance and provide recommendations that directly inform strategic and operational decisions.Deliver concise briefings and visualizations that translate simulation results into actionable insights for senior decision‑makers.Collaborate on multidisciplinary teams spanning multiple projects and classifications.Adapt to evolving business needs while fostering a supportive, teamwork‑focused environment.QualificationsBasic QualificationsExperience with programming (Python, C++, etc.).Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or closely related technical field.Desired SkillsMaster's degree from an accredited college in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or closely related technical field.Experience with .git.Prior military experience.Prior experience with radars, electrical engineering concepts.Knowledge of military aircraft, missions, or military operations.Experience in AI/MI techniques & applications.Experience with Linux.Master's degree in a technical discipline.Security ClearanceMust be a U.S. Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
