Fire Safety Specialist (OCONUS)

Overview * This position is contingent upon contract award *SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Fire Safety Specialist to provide support for a Facilities and Life Support Contract performed at an overseas location.Essential Job Duties Must have a willingness to work on a call-in basis to resolve equipment deficiencies impacting facility operations.Minimum Requirements Active in scope Secret security clearance.Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the installation of fire detection, alarm, control, and suppression systems.Reach-back capability of a professional engineer licensee resource available that holds, as a minimum, a NICET Level III certification and is a certified technician in fire protection systems legally qualified to practice in the United States with the requisite experience.Work Environment Must reside at an overseas location.Long hours, exposure to harsh weather and other hazardous conditions.Wearing of location-appropriate PPE and clothing when in the field is required.All interested individuals will receive consideration and will not be discriminated against for any reason.SOSi is an equal employment opportunity employer and affirmative action employer.
