Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.ResponsibilitiesThe lead surveillance agent conducts clandestine surveillance throughout the casino property for the protection of company assets utilizing video and audio capabilities.Monitor casino guests and team members throughout the propertyObserve and videotape table games and electronic gaming devices to ensure integrity on the gamesObserve and videotape count room activities such as table game drops, bill validator drops in protection of company assets until all are accurately and properly accounted forObserve and videotape cage areas for proper redemption and payout of chips, tickets and other casino related instruments used on a daily basisReview and report videotaped incidents to the requestorReport violations of company policy, procedure, or internal controlsTake photographs for purpose of proper documentation of incidents and eventsReport illegal or unusual activities to appropriate members of managementAssist Surveillance Supervisor with trainingBe knowledgeable of Illinois Gaming Board regulations and company internal controlsDemonstrate an ability and commitment to deliver quality guest service to external and internal guestsFollow all safety rulesRequirementsMust be 21years of ageHS Degree or equivalent work experience related to the nature of the positionOne year of Casino Surveillance or gaming-related experience#J-18808-Ljbffr
