What you'll do:
- Receive and document emergency & non-emergency calls
- Prioritize calls based on urgency, customer needs, and technician skillset
- Monitor field technicians and optimize their schedules for maximum efficiency
- Schedule appointments using right tech / right call guidelines
- Enter accurate customer and call information into our system
- Communicate clearly with techs, customers, and leadership
- Support a fast-moving service department with professionalism and confidence
Your decisions directly impact productivity, customer satisfaction, and revenue and we trust you with that responsibility.
What you bring:
- Previous dispatching experience (required)
- Bonus: Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical dispatch
- Bonus: Experience with ServiceTitan
- Strong attention to detail
- A team-first attitude
- Honesty, integrity, and a commitment to quality
- Ability to stay calm, organized, and efficient in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass assessments, interviews, background checks, and drug screening
