    Description

    THIS ROLE IS Part-Time 10-15 hours a week

    Summary

    This position is responsible for assisting program monitors and case managers complete various daily administrative tasks.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities
    • Perform resident home and employment site checks as needed.
    • Review logs and the written documents of program monitors for accuracy and content.
    • Prep resident case files and disseminate to assigned case manager.
    • Assist in maintaining case files.
    • Serve as a member of the case file review committee.
    • Serve facility as a liaison for treatment and programming services with referral agencies.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the Facility Director or Assistant Director.
    Requirements

    Experience and Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Demonstrated past experience in dealing with the public
    • Human service experience preferred
    • Knowledge of corrections or substance abuse environments helpful
