Intelligence Reports Officer (5854)

Eagle Harbor, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, is looking for an Intelligence Reports Officer to support our client in Arlington, VA.ResponsibilitiesRetrieve agency reports of investigation (ROIs) and other relevant information and disseminate based on assigned areas/regions or approved intelligence reporting requirements (IRRs)Review agency reports and other investigative records to identify information that meets predefined criteria to share with Intelligence Community (IC) partners, the national security community, and other law enforcement partners.Prepare reports containing relevant information in prescribed formats.Review and edit Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs) to ensure they are grammatically correct, well-structured, formatted and tagged properly and comply with agency guidelines.Prepare other intelligence reports as directed by the Task Monitor.Maintain records and produce a monthly summary of work performed.RequirementsAbility to pass a pre-employment background checkActive Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility .Ability to obtain an agency clearance.Bachelor's degree and six years of relevant experience or eight years of relevant experience without degree. Bachelor of Science degree preferred with major in intelligence, criminal justice, or political science.At least three (3) years of experience in all‑source analytic human intelligence (HUMINT) collection.Experience working in the federal law enforcement, Intelligence Community (IC), or Department of Defense (DoD) communities.Familiarity with DoD and/or IC intelligence reporting standards.Experience and knowledge using DoD and/or IC analytic tools and databases.Four or more years of experience reviewing, editing, and writing Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs) to quality standards.Strong briefing and oral presentation skills.Ability to work well with teams under minimal supervision.Excellent writing, proofreading, and communication skills.Able to multi‑task, self‑assign work, and function in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.Ability to work independently in a distributed environment while maintaining a strong commitment to scheduled deadlines.Experience with CHROME or HOTR is preferred but not requiredPosition is in Arlington, VASalary is 105K - 110K DOEWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
