    Dispatcher

    Z PLUMBERZ of Shreveport is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for scheduling and coordinating jobs, managing incoming calls, and supporting the field team to ensure smooth daily operations. Preferred candidates will have experience using HouseCall Pro, or similar service scheduling software.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Answer and manage incoming customer calls
    • Schedule and dispatch technicians based on location, availability, and job urgency
    • Use HouseCall Pro to manage job flow, technician calendars, and customer updates
    • Monitor job progress and update schedules as needed throughout the day
    • Communicate clearly and effectively with both customers and team members
    • Follow up on scheduling changes, delays, and customer needs
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience with HouseCall Pro or similar dispatching software
    • Prior experience in a dispatching or customer coordination role
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
    • High school diploma or equivalent
