    Location: Timken, Keene, NH.

    Job Type: Full Time.

    Shift: 1st Shift.

    Schedule: Monday- Thursday 5:00am-3:30pm, Friday- Overtime day.

    Pay Range: $21.00-$22.75

    Purpose & Responsibilities:

    Provide direction and guidance to employees in various functional areas. Overall strong communication. Working closely with the Operations team and support functions within the facility to ensure that key objectives are met. 

    • Monitor and support Andon system software and radio communication throughout facility
    • The dispatcher will escalate the Help Chain when required-up to Plant Manager level.
    • Investigate historical data and relay information to Help Chain Members
    • Post daily and weekly production status
    • The dispatcher will data mine the database for past occurrences and provide this information to the support groups in order to mitigate the downtime.
    • The dispatcher will track all open A3's and 5C's and provide advanced notice of upcoming report outs.
    • The dispatcher will ensure that all visual management tools are being managed per the standard.
    • All other duties as assigned
    • This individual may generate and/or handle regulated (i.e. hazardous/non-hazardous) waste as part of this job. This must be disposed of in accordance with federal/state regulations

    Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • Effective communication
    • Proficient with Microsoft office- including building spreadsheets, pivot tables and graphs
    • Familiar with problem solving methods
    • Ability to multitask
    • Ability to sit or stand in one position for a period of time.
    • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
