The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Specialist will provide technical support to the Office of Monitoring and Evaluation (OME), Division of Global Health Protection (DGHP), Global Health Center (GHC), in support of program monitoring and evaluation activities. The Specialist will contribute to strengthening global health security by supporting the monitoring, evaluation, and performance management of DGHP-supported programs, including the Field Epidemiology Training Program (FETP) and other public health initiatives. This position supports implementation monitoring, evaluation activities, and reporting to assess program effectiveness, efficiency, and impact, while contributing to evidence-based decision-making across the Division. The position may be performed at a government facility, remotely, or in a hybrid arrangement and may include international travel to support country-level technical assistance. This position is contingent upon award.
Experience supporting Field Epidemiology Training Programs (FETP) or workforce development initiatives Experience working with CDC or similar public health agencies Experience delivering technical assistance in international settings Proficiency in data visualization, reporting tools, and dashboard development Experience training diverse audiences and facilitating stakeholder engagement
