We are seeking a dependable and professional Courtesy Guard to provide surveillance and basic protection for residents and property. This role is ideal for retirees or individuals seeking a second job who want to remain active, engaged, and make a positive impact in a residential community. The Courtesy Guard will be stationed primarily at the property entrance and will serve as a visible, welcoming presence while ensuring safety and professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor property entrances and common areas
- Provide basic security and surveillance services
- Greet residents and visitors professionally
- Conduct foot patrols as needed
- Safely operate a golf cart
- Assist with deliveries and packages (up to 25 lbs)
- Report unusual activity or safety concerns
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required
- Professional appearance and good hygiene
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to walk the property as needed
- Reliable and punctual
Schedule:
Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday • Mid Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
