This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of the Chief Procurement Officer (OCPO). The purpose of this position is to provide expert advice on contracting matters and conduct compliance reviews of the procurement operations across DHS Contracting Activities to ensure that DHS enters into good business deals that comply with statutory and regulatory requirements and to ensure DHS contracts are priced fairly. Non-BU: This is a non-bargaining unit position.
