    Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.     Responsibilities
    • Available on-call 24 hours a day
    • Ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
    • Performs duties of Surveillance Supervisor or Agent when necessary
    • Completes additional tasks as assigned by the Surveillance Manager
    • Represents the department professionally at internal and external meetings and events
    • Fosters an environment of mutual trust, respect, and confidence with guests and team members
    • Maintains accurate and timely documentation of equipment malfunctions and repairs
    • Adheres to all corporate and local policies, procedures, and operational guidelines
    • Demonstrates consistent performance in communication, initiative/problem solving, guest service/interpersonal relations, work habits/conduct, and responsible gaming/business ethics
    Requirements
    • Must be at least 21 years of age
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the installation and maintenance of CCTV systems
    • High school diploma or GED; supplemented by technical coursework
    • Strong knowledge of CCTV systems and related equipment
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Familiarity with all phases of gaming operations
    • Proficient in the use of video equipment, hand tools, and related technical equipment
    • PC literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
    CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
    • Must qualify for all licensing and permit requirements as mandated by federal, state, and local regulations
