    Supervisory Archives Specialist

    As a Supervisory Archives Specialist, you will:

    1. Make recommendations on determining personnel resource requirements and selection of personnel; changes in workflow and operating procedures; quality review programs; disciplinary actions; establishment, issuance, and application of performance standards for performance appraisals and award recommendations.
    2. Review each transfer of records proposed by agencies.
    3. Perform duties related to the disposition of Federal records and other materials stored in the Federal Records Center.
    4. Analyze Federal Records Center operations and Federal agency policies, procedures, and programs as they impact the FRCP program.
    5. Negotiate with Federal agencies for the transfer of records, preparation and arrangement of records prior to transfer, and restrictions on access to records.
