    Dispatcher

    A privately held company with a strong local presence is seeking an organized and service-oriented dispatcher to join its team in the Albany, NY area.

    This is a full-time, in-person opportunity to support dispatch and scheduling operations in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage incoming calls, emails, and texts from customers
    • Schedule field personnel based on service requests and availability
    • Enter and update job details in internal systems
    • Monitor shared inboxes and respond promptly to time-sensitive inquiries
    • Coordinate closely with internal team members and field staff
    • Ensure accurate documentation for service tracking and billing purposes

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 1+ year of experience in dispatch, scheduling, or administrative support
    • Strong multitasking skills and comfort working in a fast-paced setting
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
    • Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
    • Willing to work occasional overtime and rotating on-call hours

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • $47,000-$52,000 per year
    • Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match
    • Paid time off

    Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00am to 3:00pm

    Work Location: On-site in the Albany, NY area
