Responsibilities include coordination of the overall operation, ensuring adequate operational coverage, maintaining a safe and consistent operation, conducting agent observations, scheduling and administering local training, preparing customer correspondence, performing administrative duties, performing station agent work, loading and unloading baggage and cargo, transporting items, marshaling aircraft, cleaning and servicing cabin interiors, de-icing aircraft, organizing work groups, and handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements include being at least 18 years old, possessing a high school diploma or equivalent, having a valid state driver's license, being able to work rotating shifts, being flexible to work additional hours, being able to perform duties in various weather conditions, being able to carry, bend, lift, and turn with items up to 75 lbs, demonstrating verbal and written communication skills, having the legal right to work in the United States, and having a minimum of one year of customer service experience preferred. Some locations may desire previous airline experience.
