    Dispatcher

    Our client, a leader in logistics and transportation services, is seeking a Dispatcher to join their team. As a Dispatcher, you will be part of the Dispatch Operations supporting the logistics and delivery team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

    Location: Missouri City, TX

    Pay Range: $17-18

    What's the Job?

    • Coordinate daily dispatch activities, including assigning routes and scheduling drivers
    • Communicate delivery or service assignments clearly to drivers and field personnel
    • Monitor route progress and provide real-time support for delays or issues
    • Adjust schedules and dispatch plans as needed to maintain service levels
    • Track driver availability, route completion, and performance metrics

    What's Needed?

    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, or administrative support preferred
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and dispatch/routing systems
