    Dispatcher

    We are looking for a highly organized and energetic dispatcher to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in being a key part of keeping operations running smoothly.

    As a dispatcher, you'll play a critical role in coordinating schedules, supporting field teams, and delivering exceptional servicewhile being part of a company that truly values its employees and invests in their success.

    Responsibilities
    • Coordinate freight movements.
    • Dispatch and assign drivers for customers in locations.
    • Provide quality customer service to all internal and external customers.
    • Effectively communicate with yard managers to access their transportation/dispatch needs.
    • All other tasks as assigned.
    Qualifications

    Required

    • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with other departments and all levels of employees.
    • Must always represent the company in a positive and professional manner to enhance the company's image with employees, leadership, and the public.
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and demonstrate effective time management skills.
    • Strong working knowledge of Word, Outlook, and Excel.
    • Knowledge of Federal and State DOT regulations.
    • Ability to make quick decisions in an ever changing fast paced work environment.

    Preferred

    • At least three years of experience in dispatch.
