    Compensation: $27.00-31.00/HR

    The base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. Actual total compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience and qualifications.

    Position Summary

    Ensures all work is accurately planned and scheduled in compliance with departmental standard timeframes and procedures. Schedules and plans all necessary field support to achieve customer satisfaction. Monitors crews to ensure departmental performance standards are achieved.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage installation schedule for all field work according to budget
    • Dispatch crews with all necessary information to ensure internal customer satisfaction
    • Communicates delays, concerns or problems to Supervisor and/or Manager in a timely & accurate manner
    • Responsible for hard scheduling projects with an advance geo routing skillset in Hedberg
    • Works closely with the Installation Leads on manpower requests and updates
    • Assists with PM Crew on truck allocations
    • Coordinates with other departments to provide resources to meet all internal customer needs
    • Performs other operational tasks, including scheduling trailer movement

    Qualifications:

    Education/Experience

    Associate's (A.A.) Degree from a two-year college or university; or 1-2 years related experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience; prior knowledge of office furniture and/or systems products a plus.

    Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

    • High level of experience working with scheduling software and/or ability to quickly master internal computer operating systems
    • Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure accurate deliverables to clients
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to analyze, prioritize and problem solve
    • Self-motivated and able to work in fast paced, deadline driven industry with minimal supervision
    • Basic reading and math skills
    • Dedication and commitment to promote diversity, multiculturalism and inclusion in all work activities
    • Collaborate in diverse teams to foster productive outcomes

    Physical Requirements

    • Ability to sit for extended periods. Working in an office environment with moderate noise
    • Seeing, color perception, hearing/listening, clear speech, touching (dexterity)

    Working Environment

    Regularly works with a team and may work alone at times. Generally works in an office environment with moderate noise. May occasionally perform some duties in a warehouse environment around dust/dirt.
