Location: Seattle, WA 98105
Schedule: Nights / Weekends / On-Call Shifts
We're hiring a dependable Fire Watch / Property Watchperson to help keep our community safe, secure, and well-maintained. This role is essential to protecting valuable property, supplies, and amenities during hours when regular staff are not on site. If you're detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to service excellence, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities- Monitor community office, amenities, property grounds, and supplies
- Notify supervisors or proper authorities when necessary
- Inspect all windows, doors, and building entrances to ensure they are closed and secured
- Conduct regular checks of office areas and community amenities
- Document incidents accurately and clearly
- Maintain a professional presence while supporting residents and staff
- Honest, reliable, responsible, and conscientious
- General understanding of watchperson duties
- Ability to think and act quickly in emergencies
- Strong written communication for incident reporting
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, or unusual shifts
- Friendly, positive attitude with a commitment to service excellence
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to walk or stand for extended periods
- Able to lift at least 25 lbs
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to follow directions, work independently, and stay on schedule
