    We are looking for Counterintelligence Officers to join our team! This position represents multiple openings. The position level is contingent on applicant specific qualifications and experience.

    Applicants will be evaluated and placed in a level from 1-5 based off theirexperience and customer feedback after multiple assessments.

    Required qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree and at least 1 to 20+ years of relevant professional experience; candidates with a Master's degree are highly desirable.
    • Experience conducting vulnerability analysis or surveys
    • Ability to confidently deliver clear and concise briefings
    • Strong knowledge of foreign adversaries' intelligence capabilities including cyber/technical, information operations, and HUMINT
    • Understanding of offensive and defensive counter-intelligence methods
    • Familiarity with the concepts involved in CI risk analysis including insider threat detection
    • Knowledge of and experience in the fundamentals of intelligence operations to include risk assessment
    • For level 5: at least 2 total overseas tours (CONUS or OCONUS) or 4 years worth of TDY experience
    • Must possess a high level US Government issued clearance at the time of application
    Desired qualifications:
    • Experience in Intelligence Operations / Analysis / Support to Field Operations
    • Experience identifying targeting leads through the exploitation of all-source databases to craft targeting packages
    • Experience using customer databases to monitor field traffic and communicate with field offices
    • Formal CI training and/or certifications
    • Overseas experience supporting collection operations and information sharing
    • Foreign languages skills
