Location: Hanover, MD 21076
Pay: $15/hour (experience-based)
Schedule: 3:45 p.m. - 1:00 a.m. | Days vary (must be available any day)

About the Role
We're hiring professional Unarmed Security Guards to help maintain a safe environment for guests, staff, and property. You'll patrol assigned areas, manage access points, and document incidents with clear, concise reports.
What You'll Do
- Patrol interior and exterior areas and remain highly visible
- Control access at entrances/exits and verify authorization
- Observe, detect, and deter suspicious activity
- Respond to incidents and follow post orders
- Write accurate daily activity and incident reports
- Communicate with site leadership and, when needed, law enforcement
- Valid Maryland Guard Card
- 21+ with HS diploma/GED
- Strong written communication and report writing skills
- Professional presence, integrity, and attention to detail
- Able to stand/walk for long periods and work with limited supervision
- English speaking
- Background check: 7-year SSN
- Drug test: 10-panel (THC OK)
- I-9 & E-Verify: Required
- PPE: Not required
- Dress code: Company shirt and jacket provided; wear all-black clothing and shoes
