What you'll do
• Answer inbound calls and deliver friendly, professional service
• Schedule and dispatch plumbing and HVAC technicians
• Keep job details accurate and up to date in our system
• Data entry work including requesting permits, warranties and rebates.
What you bring
• 1+ year in dispatch, admin, or customer service
• Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Organized, calm under pressure, and able to shift gears quickly
• Home service or HVAC/plumbing experience is a plus, not required.
