    Aircraft Dispatcher

    Join the exciting and dynamic Aviation team here at JPMorganChase.

    As an Aircraft Dispatcher, you will provide operational support for JPMorganChase aviation.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the Aviation Team (Pilots, Flight Attendants, Mechanics) on trip briefings and trip planning
    • Proactively monitor for operational impacts (weather, airspace, etc.) and mitigate appropriately.
    • Possess an understanding of aircraft performance to guide safe and reliable trip planning.
    • Ability to anticipate passenger needs, delivering exceptional customer experience.
    • Actively participate in the Aviation Safety Management System
    • Familiar with international and domestic flight operations

    Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

    • FAA Dispatcher license is required
    • Minimum 5 year scheduling or equivalent experience
    • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
    • Possesses proven oral communication skills
