    The Program Security Representative (PSR) will serve as a security liaison for programs within the facility. The PSR applies established security processes to ensure compliance with all government regulations governing the protection of classified and sensitive material.

    This role operates both independently and as part of a team to support contractual security requirements, manage clearances, facilitate customer visits, maintain accountability for sensitive items, and support facility security meetings.

    Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

    Basic Qualifications:
    • Regulatory Compliance - Implement and maintain security procedures that meet DoD, NISPOM/32 CFR 117, and other applicable regulations.
    • Customer Visits - Coordinate external visitors, ensuring proper access control, briefings, and compliance with security protocols.
    • Asset Accountability - Maintain accountability for material and conduct periodic inventories and audits.
    • Team Collaboration - Work closely with program managers, engineering leads, and the Facility Security Officer to integrate security requirements into program execution.
    • Incident Response - Assist in the investigation of security incidents, breaches, or potential violations; recommend corrective actions.
    • Training & Awareness - Deliver or coordinate security awareness training for personnel and contractors.
    • Knowledge of NISPOM/32 CFR 117, and related government security regulations.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Security Clearance Statement:This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
