Job Title: Ping Federate Engineer
Location: Chicago, IL (Onsite)
Contract
Required Technical Skill Set
- Strong working experience with PingFederate and other Ping solutions
- Experience in implementing SSO / MFA solutions
- Good understanding of other products like Entra ID, PingAccess, Okta, etc.
- Experience implementing federation services across multiple platforms (SiteMinder, Azure AD, Okta, PingFederate, Active Directory Federation Services)
- Must have experience in application onboarding to Ping solutions
- Strong expertise in designing and developing custom authentication and registration journeys in Ping using scripted and custom nodes with Java, JavaScript, and Groovy
- Must have experience configuring various authentication channels and be well-versed in different authentication factors
- Strong understanding of authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OIDC
- Strong experience integrating legacy and SaaS applications with CIAM solutions
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues during implementation and integration
- Good analytical and technical problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Strong communication, client management, and project management skills
- Overall IT Experience: 4-10 years
- WAM: Minimum 4 years
- Ping: Minimum 2 years
