    Position Overview

    We are seeking a detail-oriented Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative to support daily operations by coordinating routes, managing customer communications, and ensuring efficient service delivery. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can effectively balance scheduling and customer service responsibilities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Receive and manage inbound customer orders, service requests, and inquiries
    • Handle customer complaints and provide timely, professional resolutions
    • Coordinate scheduling and routing of drivers/technicians to optimize service efficiency
    • Communicate proactively with customers regarding scheduling updates, delays, and service status
    • Maintain accurate records of dispatch activity and customer interactions
    • Utilize tools such as Pallet Connect, Fleet Locate, and ELD systems for tracking and routing
    • Collaborate closely with operations and field teams to ensure service completion

    Required Qualifications

    • Experience in dispatching, routing, or customer service (ideally in logistics, transportation, or service industries)
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage both customer interactions and internal coordination
    • Ability to handle high-volume calls, scheduling changes, and problem resolution
    • Experience or exposure to routing/telematics systems (Pallet Connect, Fleet Locate, ELD preferred)
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

    Schedule & Work Environment

    Standard weekday schedule with flexibility

    Required:

    1 weekend shift per month

    1 second shift per month
