    Logistics Dispatcher

    Join our dynamic team as a Logistics Dispatcher and play a vital role in coordinating field operations that keep projects moving smoothly and safely.     Location: Pittsburgh, PA 15238 Salary: $55,000-$70,000 (Pay based on experience) Hire Type: Direct Hire

    Required Skills:

    • At least 3 years of experience in scheduling or dispatching
    • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
    • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
    • Customer service-oriented mindset with prompt responsiveness
    • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and internet. Ability to learn new software quickly
    • Strong managerial abilities and reasoning skills
    • Ability to maintain professionalism in stressful situations
    • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs; physically capable of standing, walking, and site visits

    Nice to Have Skills:

    • Experience working in traffic control or construction industry
    • Familiarity with computer programs specific to dispatching or scheduling
    • Certifications related to traffic safety or logistics

    Preferred Education and Experience:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus
    • Proven track record with a minimum of 3 years in transportation, logistics, or dispatching roles

    Other Requirements:

    • Ability to work outside typical office hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
    • Willingness to visit job sites as required
    • Commitment to safety and confidentiality at all times
