    Responsibilities
    • Learning and adopting consulting skills and business knowledge to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client's business environment.
    • Translating client's business needs into business requirements and participating in production of solutions to drive business value.
    • Working with clients to refine or design their business strategy while working in an agile collaborative environment.

    Additional responsibilities: This role requires candidates to work on-site 5 days a week at the Washington, DC office and will begin in Summer 2026.

    Eligibility & Requirements
    • Must be able to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance.
    • Willingness to travel up to 100 %.
    • Outcome‑focused, high resilience, flexibility, and resolve to achieve success across a broad range of consultative contexts.
    • Ability to understand clients' needs and challenges and apply a creative and logical approach to identify solutions.
    • Exceptional quantitative and qualitative analysis skills and ability to derive recommendations informed by data and insights.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and build relationships across all levels of the IBM and client team.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Strong drive to tackle challenges, improve results, and innovate while understanding diverse perspectives.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively in a high‑pressure environment.
    • Proven academic success and motivation, with exceptional communication and storytelling abilities for conveying complex information clearly.
