The Senior Analyst for Government Customer Care provides frontline problem solving and knowledge to meet customer needs, interacts with various internal locations and processes, and resolves issues that require management-level interaction. Duties include applying critical thinking to resolve customer and internal needs, liaising internally, and leading resolution while maintaining booking accuracy and meeting KPI expectations.
