This role provides expert-level technical leadership, architecture design, and program oversight for high-risk, mission-critical environments.ResponsibilitiesServe as technical SME and advisor to executive leadership on complex network, systems, and telecommunications architecturesLead design, development, and implementation of enterprise LAN/WAN, cloud, and integrated system architecturesProvide technical direction across full system lifecycle, including requirements analysis, architecture design, integration, testing, and performance optimizationConduct trade studies and end-to-end system analyses to optimize lifecycle performance and scalabilityIdentify and resolve complex hardware/software and network interface issuesEstablish and enforce architecture standards, governance, and best practicesCoordinate with government and contract leadership to define requirements and deliver mission-aligned solutionsLead and supervise technical teams, including subordinate managers, ensuring high-quality deliverablesDevelop and maintain architecture documentation, specifications, and implementation plansSupport high-risk programs as primary technical authority and consultantRequirementsBachelor's degree from an accredited institute in technical discipline; an additional 4 years of may be substituted in lieu of a degreeMinimum eight (8) years of directly related experienceDeep expertise in IP networking (IPv4/IPv6, subnetting, routing, switching) and routing protocols (OSPF, BGP)Extensive experience designing enterprise network architectures, including scalability, high availability, and redundancyProficiency with networking platforms and technologies (e.g., Cisco IOS, Juniper Junos) and security solutions (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet)Strong knowledge of network security architecture, segmentation, and access control policiesExperience with network performance optimization, troubleshooting, and capacity planningFamiliarity with hybrid cloud networking, virtual networking, and software-defined networking (SDN), including AWS and Azure environmentsDemonstrated leadership in architecture governance, technical oversight, and cross-functional team coordinationStrong communication skills with ability to provide technical guidance and stakeholder engagementMust possess current DoD 8570 IAT II and CCNP (or equivalent) certificationsExperience working in a DoD or IC environmentCurrent active TS/SCI clearance, with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph#J-18808-Ljbffr
