    Job Title

    Type: Part Time Location: Stone Bay, Camp Lejeune, NC Overtime Exempt: No Reports To: ARMADA HQ Security Clearance Required: Active Secret Clearance *************CONTINGENT UPON AWARD***************

    Duties & Responsibilities
    • Deliver CMS instruction for SOFFundamentals, supporting training calibrations and iterations to ensure instructional accuracy and effectiveness.
    • Maintain and enforce range safety procedures, ensuring proper POI alignment and weapons zeroing.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
    • Ability to pass current MARSOC weapons qualifications
    • Ability to carry 50 lbs. and wear organizational Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for extended durations of time throughout training days.
    • Knowledge of Deliberate and Time‑Critical Risk Management principles, with the ability to identify hazards, assess risk, and implement effective controls in high‑risk training and operational environments.
    • Skill in developing and executing safe, realistic schemes of maneuver in support of training objectives, ensuring alignment with mission requirements and safety standards.
    • Ability to develop, implement, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support training operations, range activities, and safety compliance.
    • Knowledge of shoot house safety techniques, with the ability to apply safety protocols during live‑fire, force‑on‑force, and simulated training evolutions.
    • Knowledge of Marine Corps Orders and unit‑level SOPs related to range safety, with the ability to apply regulatory guidance to training and live‑fire operations.
    • Skill in classroom and range instruction methods, including the ability to effectively instruct, evaluate, and mentor personnel in both academic and practical training environments.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
    Minimum/General Experience
    • 8 years' military experience with a minimum of 5 years Special Operations and/or USMC Force Recon Organization
    • Must be capable of passing current MARSOC weapons qualifications
    • Must possess current (within the past three years) proficiency in Close Quarters Battle (CQB) tactics, techniques, and procedures, with instructor experience at a Special Operations CQB course.
    Required Certifications
    • Must be a graduate of Special Operations Forces - Close Quarters Battle (SOF‑CQB) course
    • Must be certified as Range Safety Officer & Laser Range Safety Officer
    • Must possess a Formal School Instructor Course (FSIC) certification, or equivalent
    Minimum Education
    • HS Diploma, or equivalent
