Position 1: NIGHT WATCH / 1ST SHIFT 0000-0800 (Midnight to 8:00AM) Monday and Tuesday (you will arrive for your shift at 11:59PM on Sunday)

In this vital role, you will be the first line of defense, ensuring a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and property. Your proactive presence and vigilant monitoring will help prevent incidents and respond swiftly to any security concerns. Responsibilities- Monitor and patrol designated areas to deter unauthorized access and maintain safety standards
- Control access points by verifying credentials of employees, visitors, and contractors
- Conduct surveillance using CCTV systems to observe activity and identify potential security issues
- Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed
- Perform routine inspections to ensure the integrity of physical security measures and report any irregularities
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and access records for accountability and reporting purposes
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by observing suspicious behavior and intervening appropriately
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable
- Knowledge of surveillance systems (CCTV) and conflict management techniques
- Certifications in first aid, CPR, or related emergency response procedures are preferred
- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert during long shifts
- Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and effective interaction with team members and the public
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally while enforcing policies
- Physical ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods as required
