    10 Step Pay Matrix - 48/96 Shift Schedule

    To join our crew, you'll need:
    • Certification in Firefighter I & II through the Missouri Division of Fire Safety, IFSAC, or Pro-Board
    • A current Missouri EMT license or NREMT certification
    • Valid CPR certification
      • Those currently enrolled in an approved Fire Academy will be considered
    Preferred Skills & Experience - What sets you apart
    • One (1) year of experience.
    • National Registry EMT (NREMT).
    The Miscellaneous Requirements Needed for the position
    • Be at least 18 years of age.
    • Possess and maintain a valid Motor Vehicle Operator's license and be insurable under the City of Branson's motor vehicle coverage when operating a vehicle as a part of the position.
    • Vision be correctable to 20/40. Need to pass the Ishihara color vision test and/or be able to recognize the colors of traffic signals and devices showing red, green, and amber; and meet established hearing standards as outlined in NFPA 1582.
    • Be able to pass a background investigation, drug and alcohol screenings, and post-offer medical evaluation.
