Summary
Supervises, directs, and evaluates assigned staff, processing employee concerns and problems, directing work, counseling, disciplining, and completing employee performance appraisals. - Coordinates assigns and reviews work and establishes work schedules; maintains standards; monitors status of work in progress; inspects completed work assignments; answers questions; gives advice and direction as needed. - Conducts hearings as assigned by the Juvenile Court Judge. - Participates in National, State and Local organizations and events. - Speak and makes presentations to community organizations and schools as a representative of the Juvenile Court. - Serves in the absence of the Juvenile Court Judge. - Performs related work as assigned. Minimum Qualification - Juris Doctorate. - Five (5) years of legal experience. - The Associate Judge shall participate in yearly training as set out in O. C. G.
