Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures at a retail location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to identify unusual activity and maintenance concerns; Monitor access points, observe customer and employee traffic, and deter theft, trespassing, and other unwanted activity through visible presence and routine patrol; Assist with closing procedures, alarm-related responses, and crowd management during busy periods
