Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a utilities location; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing details with site contacts and/or first responders as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or unauthorized access; Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials when required, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or hazardous conditions according to site protocols; Support daily operations by completing assigned reports, maintaining awareness of weather and site conditions, and communicating clearly with supervisors, coworkers, and/or client representatives
