Summary
Reports directly to the Shift Lead and oversees the operation of passenger shelters and associated training aids at the Air Deployment Facilities to ensure quality customer service and compliance with Defense Transportation Regulations and published standard operating procedures. Performs passenger service dispatch duties, maintains aircraft status boards, receives air mission set-ups, and relays information on passenger processing and movements to the A/ DACG Operations/ Shift Leader, Troop Commander, and Ground Liaison Personnel. Conducts security checks to ensure all doors are locked, the facility is free from damage, and all facility accouterments are functional. Tracks inbound and outbound missions using the Global Decision Support System (GDSS) and/or Single Mobility Systems (SMS). Assists deploying units with air passenger manifesting and ensures the air manifest is legible with all required data. Provides passengers with flight information and delay updates.
