Job Description: The Engagement Lead serves as the senior accountable leader for successful execution of a complex Navy client engagement with NAVSUP. NAVSUP is conducting an assessment to evaluate the operating model of NAVSUP and supporting organizations to identify how best to execute the DoW acquisition reform objectives, including support to Portfolio Acquisition Executives (PAEs).
The Engagement Lead is responsible for overall contract performance, client relationship management, integrated delivery oversight, and identification of follow-on opportunities that advance client mission outcomes. The Engagement Lead serves as the primary interface with client leadership and ensures that all workstreams are aligned to program priorities, contract requirements, quality standards, and measurable operational results. This role requires a leader who combines NAVSUP mission understanding, executive client presence, delivery discipline, and the ability to translate trusted relationships into sustained impact and growth. This role is an Individual Contributor role to start, with the opportunity to grow a team over time.
