    OverviewJANUS Research Group is currently hiring for a Budget Analyst to support our mission at the Marine Corps Warfighting Lab (MCWL) in Stafford, VA. This position falls within MCWL G8 and will primarily be responsible for budget analysis (primarily R&D funding).Applicant must be a U.S. Citizen and possess an active Secret Security Clearance.ResponsibilitiesPrepare drafts and recommendations for financial planning and resourcing decisions, including plans and budgets.Monitor program financial execution and identify issues to management.Ensure financial information is synchronized with other decision support systems.Monitor and document funding additions, reductions, and movements of resources.Create and maintain spreadsheets that document program-specific financial data at a detailed level.Coordinate with various offices regarding funding issues.QualificationsSecret clearance required.10 years of work experience in project management, contract management, financial management, and budgeting.PMP certification required.Experience in MS Excel and using financial databases and web/database applications.Experience working with SAP's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) financial system.Knowledge and experience in ONR 03.Experience working with ONR financial processes, procedures, and financial systems.Experience managing technology programs.Benefits401(k)Paid Time Off (PTO)Paid HolidaysMedical and Dental PlansLife and Disability InsuranceEducation Assistance (and more)Equal Opportunity EmployerJANUS Research Group is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
