Lead all aspects of project planning, scheduling, and coordination from preconstruction through closeout to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Drive schedule development and management, identifying critical path activities, risks, and resource allocation needs throughout the project lifecycle.
Assess risk and schedule impacts, with particular attention to long-lead materials, permitting, or logistical challenges, developing mitigation strategies as needed.
Evaluate and present project delivery strategies, developing alternative approaches when necessary and leading their successful implementation.
Oversee project close-out processes, ensuring completion of punch lists, documentation, and resolution of outstanding claims or contractual issues.

Proven experience managing heavy civil, utility, or infrastructure components within larger builds
Strong understanding of plans, specifications, and construction sequencing
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Interested and willing to do federal work
Ability to meet federal security clearance requirements
Proficient in Procore
Experience working directly with a preconstruction team
A hard-worker, detailed-oriented, and open to working on fun and challenging projects
