Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and emergency personnel as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, corridors, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns.; Monitor access points and help to control entry and exit activity in accordance with location protocols, offering direction and assistance to authorized individuals.; Support daily operations by reporting hazards, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns, and completing required logs and incident reports in a timely manner.
