Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures at a government location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or unusual conditions in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to site protocols; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns; Monitor access points and assist with verifying credentials, directing foot and vehicle traffic, and documenting arrivals, departures, and/or restricted area activity; Support day-to-day operations by communicating with site contacts, preparing incident documentation, and helping to address customer service needs in a professional manner
