Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or patients by carrying out site-specific procedures, access activities, and emergency response actions when appropriate; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details through proper site and Allied Universal channels; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points, noting and reporting security-related concerns; Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive healthcare areas to help to deter unauthorized access and support established visitor and personnel protocols; Assist with incident documentation, communication with site contacts, and follow-up on observed conditions that may require security-related attention
