Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and other security-related policies at a manufacturing and industrial location; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns and documenting activity according to post orders; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, parking areas, warehouses, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or potential policy violations; Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and report unauthorized activity or operational concerns to the appropriate contact; Support emergency response activities, assist with traffic and delivery coordination when needed, and complete detailed reports on incidents, observations, and daily operations
