Armed Flex Security Officer Dallas, TX

Pay Rate: $22/hour

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Open availability required (any days, any shifts)

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly flexible and professional Armed Flex Security Officer to support multiple sites across the greater Dallas area. This role requires open availability and the ability to travel to various locations to provide coverage as needed. The ideal candidate is dependable, experienced, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide armed security coverage at various sites as needed due to call-offs, no-shows, vacations, or staffing shortages
• Complete site checks and incident/accident reports using TrackTik
• Investigate incidents and document findings thoroughly
• Conduct site inspections and ensure service expectations are met
• Maintain regular communication with clients and operations management
• Participate in security planning, post order reviews, and operational updates
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and compliance standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must have open availability (all shifts, all days)
• Minimum 1 year of armed security experience required
• Must possess a valid Texas Level III (Commissioned) Guard Card
• Must have own duty belt, holster, and firearm
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to travel throughout the greater Dallas area
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and grooming standards required
• Technologically savvy (experience with reporting systems and basic computer programs)
• Must demonstrate reliability, sound judgment, and attention to detail

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and general web-based tools preferred
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking skills

Key Performance Criteria:

• Effective management and support of security personnel
• Timely and accurate completion of reports and documentation
• High level of internal and external customer satisfaction
• Consistent adherence to company policies and operational standards

Additional Requirements:

• Must be present in the field or office during assigned shifts
• May require local travel
• Must maintain all required licenses and certifications

Certification Requirements:

• Texas Level III (Commissioned) Security License
• Valid Driver's License

Education Requirements (All):

HS Diploma GED or H.S. Equivalent

Certification Requirements (All):

Texas Level 3 Driver's License Personal firearm ownership
