Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Conduct regular and random patrols of the logistics and distribution location, including loading areas, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, and perimeter access points; Provide customer service by responding to routine questions and concerns at the location; Monitor entry and exit activity for employees, visitors, drivers, and vendors; assist with site access procedures; Respond to incidents and unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner and escalate as needed to leadership; Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrol activity, incidents, and policy-related observations and communicate notable conditions to site personnel and leadership
