Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and communicating with property management and/or emergency personnel as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or potential security-related concerns; Monitor access points, observe visitor and contractor activity, and report maintenance issues, hazards, and/or suspicious behavior according to site procedures; Support daily property operations by providing directions, answering questions, and completing assigned reports, logs, and/or other routine security-related documentation
