Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures and protocols; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and report observations; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including common areas, parking areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter spaces; Monitor activity on the property and assist with crowd management, loss prevention awareness, and de-escalation support during busy shopping periods and events; Document incidents and communicate with management and/or first responders when needed
